What makes icebreaker merino wool different from traditional wool?
Unlike traditional wool which can be itchy, our merino wool is composed of ultra-fine fibers that are soft against the skin, naturally odor-resistant, and regulate body temperature in both heat and cold.
How should I care for my icebreaker garments?
Most of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle with normal detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and always air dry in the shade to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless it is defective.
